This is the latest series, uploaded to social media (Instagram, X, Tumblr) within 24 hours after shooting, spanning from 2019 through the end of 2024, including the pandemic period.

GOING HOME—photographed during late-night explorations of the Tokyo suburbs, particularly Tama New Town—can be considered an 18-year follow-up to the first photo book HOME, published in 2007.
Whereas HOME was composed of close-up photographs of quiet residential architecture deep within housing developments, this new work shifts its focus to intersections along main roads. It has become a social-landscape portrait series featuring Tama New Town residents waiting at traffic lights.

The format is nearly identical to that of HOME, so the two books can be enjoyed together as a pair.
